INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
South by Elaine is not responsible if a package is not delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect shipping information. If you realize that the address you entered is incorrect or incomplete, please contact us immediately through the chat or email at customerservice@southbyelaine.com.
After your order has been fulfilled or already been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the address and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for another shipping label when the package is return by USPS.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or any delays, please file a claim directly to USPS.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive an email with the tracking number with which you can verify the status of your order. If the email is not in your inbox, don't forget to check your junk mail or spam folders.
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received.
